Checkout and cards are handled by Stripe. We do not store your full card number on our servers.

How setup works
Connect Microsoft 365, upload knowledge base content, add a small rule set, then start the 14-day trial from Checkout. Add a payment method before the trial ends to continue after US$79/mo.
What is included in the base workspace price?
US$79 / workspace / month is the workspace subscription: triage, rules, drafts from your KB, review flows, and Microsoft 365 as shipped. AI is not metered in Stripe Checkout. How does the 14-day trial work?
New Checkout subscriptions start with a 14-day trial. Add a payment method before it ends. If none is on file, Stripe cancels. First charge is US$79/workspace/month (plus tax if applicable) - see Checkout and invoices.
What happens after I complete Checkout?
Stripe notifies our app; access usually updates in seconds. Settings - Billing - Manage billing opens the Stripe portal (card, invoices, cancel). Use the setup guide for Microsoft and your KB.
Is AI usage metered or capped?
AI is not metered in Stripe Checkout — there is no per-action line item or overage SKU. Operational safeguards (for example daily limits on triage volume or a temporary platform pause) may still apply to protect reliability and cost. Reasonable business use; if volume is extreme or hurts stability, we may email about fair use or another arrangement.
Can I use my existing Microsoft 365 account?
Yes, via Microsoft OAuth. Delegated consent is common; some orgs need an admin to approve the app - depends on your Microsoft settings.
Does Inbox OS send emails automatically?
Sends go through approval when the workflow requires it. Test with your mailbox and rules before you rely on it live.
Refunds and billing mistakes?
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. We may refund duplicate charges, clear billing errors, or clearly unauthorized payments after review. There are no prorated refunds by default; cancellation stops future renewal and you keep access through the end of the paid period.
Where do I manage billing and cancellation?
Settings → Billing → Manage billing opens the Stripe customer portal for payment method, invoices, and subscription changes.
