We handle questions by email. For payment method, invoices, and cancellation, use Settings → Billing → Manage billing (Stripe). Refund questions: fees are generally non-refundable except as described in Terms; we may correct duplicate charges or clear errors after review.
In-app help (sign-in required)
After you sign in, use Help in the sidebar, or open Report a problem (you will be asked to sign in first). We attach workspace and billing context automatically so you don't have to paste IDs.
